Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Director of Identity and Access Management to shape the enterprise IAM strategy across a regulated environment. This remote role focuses on cloud transformation, identity governance, and privileged access management, partnering with technology, compliance, and business stakeholders to strengthen access controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, CS, IT, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM or related technology disciplines.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary enterprise security teams.
• Ability to define and execute enterprise strategies and transformation initiatives.
• Deep expertise in identity governance, IAM, PAM and hybrid identity environments.
• Experience in regulated environments, preferably in financial services or insurance.
• Strong executive-level communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise IAM strategy and roadmap.
• Lead modernization initiatives focused on cloud transformation and operational efficiency.
• Establish and govern Identity Governance & Administration framework for access management.
• Provide strategic leadership for Privileged Access Management and Just-In-Time access capabilities.
• Own the governance of identity platforms and compliance programs.
• Drive technology rationalization and process automation initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing IAM organization while fostering partnerships across teams.
