Job summary

Cambia Health seeks an IAM Security Architect to lead identity strategy across the enterprise, focusing on high-trust experiences, adaptive MFA, and passwordless authentication. This hybrid role requires 3 in-office days weekly across Oregon, Washington, Idaho or Utah.

You will balance strong security with excellent user experience, develop reference architectures, and guide governance across IT security. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IAM and deep knowledge of modern identity standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field with advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in IT with at least 2 years in information security and architecture.
• Experience evaluating business requirements and designing systems in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Develops reference architectures, patterns, and implementations for technology solutions.
• Provides technical security leadership across the organization and governs architecture practices.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to align business direction with technical strategies and execution.
