Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking an IAM Security Architect to lead identity security across the enterprise, including adaptive MFA, passwordless authentication, and modern identity standards. This hybrid role works in-office 3 days per week across the western regions.

The candidate will bring 8+ years in IAM, strong knowledge of SAML, WebAuthn, OIDC, and experience with privileged access management. Health insurance domain familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in IT with minimum 2 years in information security and 2 years in technical leadership/architecture.
• At least 5 years designing complete systems solutions in complex environments; health insurance domain knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops reference architectures, patterns and implementations while documenting work using standard tools.
• Set technical and product strategies by interpreting trends and aligning with future direction.
• Provide technical security leadership across the organization and shape security architecture services.
• Estimate and manage project resources; ensure technical and process excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business strategies that anticipate industry trends.
• Translate business feedback into technical direction for project alignment.
