Job summary

Cambia Health seeks an IAM Security Architect to lead identity solutions across the enterprise, focusing on modern identity experiences with MFA and passwordless auth. You will balance security with user experience in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires 8+ years in IAM, expertise in SAML, WebAuthn, and OIDC, and experience with enterprise identity platforms and privileged access management. Health insurance domain knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Ten years in IT with minimum two years in Information Security.
Two years of technical leadership and architecture experience.
Minimum five years evaluating business requirements and designing complete systems in complex environments.
Experience in health insurance industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Develops and applies reference architectures, patterns, and implementations to technology solutions and documents work using industry standard tools; lead architecture reviews.
Sets technical and product strategies by interpreting industry trends and aligning with future direction.
Provides technical security leadership organization-wide as a key resource on security matters.
Estimates and manages project resources accurately, auditing status to ensure excellence throughout execution.
Partners with internal and external stakeholders to develop business strategies that anticipate industry trends.
Translates business feedback into technical direction and oversees design based on project requirements.
Oversees product development processes by aligning business direction with technical strategies.
Drives thought leadership using industry intelligence and conducts presentations at customer/industry events.
Champions process improvement by refining IT processes and architecture practices for efficiency.
Facilitates organizational adaptation and continuous skill development.
