Job summary

OEC seeks a Senior IAM Architect to design and evolve identity platforms across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments. You will partner with security, infrastructure, cloud, HR, and compliance teams to deliver secure, user-friendly solutions.

You will design MFA, passwordless, conditional access, and adaptive authentication, while automating lifecycle processes and integrating with HR systems and SaaS apps. This role involves some travel and in-person interviews.

Qualifications

7+ years in security or identity architecture with hands-on enterprise IAM expertise.
Proficiency with AD/Entra ID/Okta and federation patterns.
Experience with RBAC/ABAC, PIM/PAM, and Zero Trust design.
Knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Design and support hybrid identity architectures using AD, Entra ID, and Okta.
Architect authentication, authorization, and federation patterns for multiple identities.
Apply least-privilege models and manage role lifecycles.
Design MFA, passwordless, conditional access, and adaptive auth policies.
Automate JML workflows and identity lifecycle processes.
Integrate IAM platforms with HR systems, directories, and SaaS apps.
Support identity incident response and investigate access issues.
Monitor identity signals and logs to strengthen detection.
Produce architecture diagrams, standards, runbooks, and docs.
Provide design reviews and best-practice guidance to teams.
