Cambia Health is seeking an IAM Security Architect to lead the evolution of identity solutions with a focus on modern standards like SAML, WebAuthn, and OIDC. You will drive high-trust experiences, implement passwordless auth, and balance security with user experience.

The role requires 8+ years in IAM, extensive enterprise identity experience, and leadership in architecture. This is a hybrid role with in-office days and a strong emphasis on collaboration with health-insurance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field with an advanced degree preferred.
• Ten years in IT with minimum two years in Information Security.
• Two years of technical leadership and architecture experience.
• Minimum five years evaluating business requirements and designing complex systems.
• Understanding health insurance tech and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops reference architectures, patterns, and implementations with documentation.
• Set technical and product strategies aligned to industry trends.
• Provide technical security leadership across the organization.
• Estimate and manage project resources with governance.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop business strategies.
• Translate business feedback into technical direction and project roles.
• Oversee product development processes and align with architectural patterns.
• Drive thought leadership through industry intelligence and presentations.
• Champion process improvement and increase efficiency in IT practices.
• Facilitate organizational adaptation to industry changes and own skill growth.
