Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking an IAM Security Architect to lead enterprise identity solutions with a focus on secure, high‑trust experiences across Oregon, Washington, Idaho or Utah. You will drive reference architectures, balance security with user experience, and partner with stakeholders to shape security direction.

The role requires 8+ years in IAM, deep knowledge of SAML, WebAuthn and OIDC, and experience with privileged access management in healthcare environments. Hybrid in-office 3 days/week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in computer science, engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years IT with minimum 2 years in information security.
• 2+ years technical leadership and architecture experience.
• 5+ years evaluating business requirements and designing system solutions.
• Strong health insurance knowledge or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply reference architectures and governance practices.
• Set technical and product strategies aligned with industry trends.
• Provide organization-wide technical security leadership.
• Manage project resources and monitor status for excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape business strategies and directional architecture.
