Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in IT with at least 2 years in information security.
• 2 years of technical leadership and architecture experience.
• Experience evaluating requirements and designing complex systems in healthcare/insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop reference architectures and governance practices for technology solutions.
• Set technical and product strategies aligned with industry trends.
• Provide technical security leadership organization-wide.
• Estimate and manage project resources and monitor status.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to influence industry trends.
• Translate business feedback into technical direction for projects.
• Oversee product development processes with management alignment.
• Drive thought leadership through industry engagement and presentations.
• Champion process improvement and IT process efficiency.
• Facilitate organizational adaptation to company changes and ongoing skill development.
