Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an IAM Security Analyst II to administer enterprise identity lifecycle processes, governance, and access control leveraging IGA, PAM, and Microsoft Entra. You will drive onboarding, role-based access, and automated provisioning to ensure secure, compliant operations.

A focus on scripting (PowerShell, Python) and data formats (JSON) enables provisioning workflows and system integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years experience OR 5+ years IT experience.
• 4+ years Identity and Access Management experience preferred; healthcare experience a plus.
• Industry related security certification or IAM platform certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage, build, and fulfill user lifecycle requests and access provisioning across identity platforms.
• Resolve Tier 2/3 identity incidents and participate in on-call rotations.
• Support IAM/IGA platform deployment, testing, training, and rollout.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to standardize RBAC and lifecycle workflows.
• Mentor IAM Analyst I peers on scripts, troubleshooting, and compliance.
• Lead small-to-medium security or identity automation projects.
• Perform other duties per Endeavor Health policies.
