Job summary

Tampa Electric is seeking an Identity & Access Analyst (IAM) progression role to ensure secure user access across enterprise systems. You will manage provisioning, deprovisioning, and RBAC, while enforcing SOX, NERC CIP, and PCI compliance.

The role requires collaboration with IT and Cyber Security teams to safeguard critical assets. The position grows through progression levels, with responsibilities expanding to more complex access governance and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree may be considered in lieu of one year of experience
• SSCP/CISSP, Security+, ITIL certifications preferred
• Minimum two (2) years of information technology, information security, or information system audit experience; bachelor’s degree may be considered in lieu of one year of experience

Responsibilities

• Responds to security access incidents and troubleshoots basic access issues.
• Administers provisioning and deprovisioning of all account types and reviews access controls to enterprise systems.
• Maintains regulatory compliance (PCI, FERC, HIPAA, SOX, NERC) and IT security standards related to information tech assets.
