Endeavor Health seeks an IAM Security Analyst II to manage enterprise identity lifecycle processes, governance, and access controls using Entra and PAM tools. You will design provisioning workflows, automate tasks with PowerShell and Python, and ensure secure, compliant operations across the organization.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to ongoing identity projects while staying current with authentication standards and IGA/PAM features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3 years of IT experience or 5+ years of IT experience.
• Experience in Identity and Access Management and healthcare domain is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Triages, builds, and fulfills user lifecycle requests and access provisioning across identity platforms.
• 1st
• 2nd line IAM incident resolution and on-call participation.
• Provide guidance for solution implementation including planning, setup, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business units to standardize RBAC, onboarding/offboarding workflows, and system integrations.
• Mentor IAM Analyst I teammates on scripts, troubleshooting, and compliance.
• Lead small-to-medium security/identity automation projects from design to testing.
