Endeavor Health is seeking an IAM Security Analyst II to administer identity lifecycle, governance, and access controls across enterprise platforms. You will implement SSO, RBAC, and provisioning automation using PowerShell and Python.

Collaborate with IT and business units, mentor junior analysts, and drive small-to-medium security projects while staying current with IGA/PAM trends and regulatory requirements. Hybrid in Illinois with on-call rotation.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years IAM experience or 5+ years IT experience.
• Experience in healthcare is a plus.
• Strong scripting and RBAC design skills.

Mansioni

• Triage, build, and fulfill user lifecycle requests across identity platforms.
• Resolve Tier 2/3 identity incidents and participate in on-call rotations.
• Support IAM/IGA platform implementation including planning, setup, testing, deployment, and training.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to standardize RBAC definitions and workflows.
• Mentor IAM Analyst I peers on script standards and issue resolution.
• Lead small-to-medium security/identity automation projects.
