Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks an IAM Security Analyst II to administer identity lifecycle, governance, and access control using IGA platforms and PAM solutions. You will implement SSO, automate provisioning via PowerShell and Python, design role-based access architectures, and mentor peers while contributing to security projects.

Candidate should stay current with identity innovations, support SOPs, and participate in on-call rotations including nights and weekends; healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years previous experience OR minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Industry security certification or IAM platform certification(s) preferred.
• 4+ years Identity and Access Management experience; healthcare experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Triage, build, and fulfill user lifecycle requests and access provisioning across identity platforms within SLAs.
• Resolve Tier 2/3 Identity incidents; participate in on-call process and escalations.
• Support and guide IAM/IGA platform implementations including planning, setup, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to standardize RBAC definitions and lifecycle workflows.
