Job summary

St. Charles Health System seeks an Identity Management Analyst II to manage user identity provisioning and deprovisioning across enterprise apps and data systems. You will ensure appropriate access, support end users, and maintain security workflows within IAM platforms.

Collaborate with application teams to define role-based access and improve processes, while providing after-hours on-call support and upholding high standards of confidentiality and compliance in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in IT support or security contexts.
• Proven time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage user account lifecycles including provisioning and deprovisioning across IT systems.
• Provide tier 2 end-user support and troubleshoot access issues.
• Review and optimize access controls in collaboration with teams.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff when needed.
• Maintain data integrity and security for enterprise applications.
• Participate in post-go-live access provisioning and governance activities.
• Offer on-call support after hours.
• Uphold confidentiality and comply with applicable laws and policies.
