Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co. is seeking a Cybersecurity IAM Analyst to design and operate identity and cloud security controls onsite at Harrisburg or New Stanton.

You will enforce least-privilege access, support onboarding/offboarding, and manage PAM and directory services within enterprise systems. The role requires 3+ years in IAM/security and experience with AD/Entra ID, cloud access, and security tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS or equivalent.
• 3+ years in cybersecurity engineering, IAM, identity, or access-focused security.
• Experience in enterprise IT environments supporting identity and access controls.
• Exposure to cloud or SaaS security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions across the organization.
• Enforce least-privilege access with RBAC and conditional access.
• Integrate IAM with enterprise apps and cloud services.
• Support onboarding, access changes, and offboarding processes.
• Conduct access reviews/recertification and remediate stale accounts.
• Administer PAM, credential vaulting, rotation, and session monitoring.
• Implement just-in-time access and reduce standing admin privileges.
• Hardening of Active Directory and Entra ID/Azure AD; tiered admin practices.
• Collaborate with IT/network/business teams for secure access.
• Troubleshoot authentication/access issues; participate in security reviews.
• Maintain documentation, standards, and procedures for identity security.
• Support audit, risk management, and compliance efforts.
• Investigate IAM security incidents and coordinate responses.
• Integrate identity telemetry into SIEM and assist SOC alerts.
• Other duties as required.
