Job summary

Blue Star Partners LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced IT Security Analyst for a 1-year contract to support Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations with a focus on CyberArk privileged access management.

The role requires hands-on CyberArk PVWA/EPV experience, AD and Entra ID, PowerShell, and RHEL, with collaboration across IT teams and service providers to maintain secure, auditable IAM processes.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years experience supporting CyberArk PVWA/EPV in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts and operational processes.
• Experience with account management across Active Directory, Entra ID, PowerShell, and RHEL.
• Experience troubleshooting IAM and privileged access issues; onsite Columbus, OH Tuesday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CyberArk PVWA/EPV operations and troubleshoot privileged access issues.
• Support onboarding and management of privileged accounts, credentials, and related processes.
• Investigate IAM-related incidents and coordinate with IT teams and service providers.
• Support audits and maintain security documentation; contribute to process improvements.
• Coordinate with CyberArk Product Owner and IAM leadership to resolve operational issues.
