Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years IT support or help desk experience.
• Experience with ticketing environments, troubleshooting issues, fulfilling requests, and documenting work.
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with sound judgment on access/security.
• Security-minded approach with ability to recognize and escalate risky access.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other enterprise ticketing platforms.
• Exposure to SailPoint or IAM/Identity Governance platforms.
• Experience with user account administration, access provisioning/deprovisioning, permissions, or Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Grant and remove user access and update accounts.
• Fulfill access-related requests in a timely manner.
• Identify questionable or inappropriate access and escalate risks as needed.
• Work within a help desk/service desk environment handling tickets and documenting work.
