Job summary

Securian Financial Group is seeking a Manager of Identity & Access Management Engineering to lead IAM platforms and engineering teams in a hybrid role based in Saint Paul, MN. You will guide design, integration, reliability, and lifecycle management of enterprise IAM services, including SailPoint ISC and CyberArk, while partnering with governance and operations to optimize security and efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in CS, IS, cybersecurity.
Demonstrated experience leading technology, cybersecurity, IAM, infrastructure, or platform engineering efforts at a large company.
Strong understanding of modern engineering practices, automation, IaC, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

Lead one or both IAM Engineering teams responsible for design, engineering, integration, reliability, and lifecycle management of enterprise IAM platforms.
Partner with governance and operations to translate identity and access requirements into technical solutions.
Mentor engineers, drive engineering practices, and foster a positive team culture.
Oversee platform modernization, automation, and production support while managing technical debt and lifecycle planning.
Collaborate with application teams to onboard apps and integrate with SailPoint ISC and other IAM services.
