Securian Financial is seeking an Info Security MGR to lead IAM Engineering, shaping identity, access, and authentication platforms across the enterprise.

The role partners with IAM Operations and Governance to modernize platforms. Strong leadership, coaching, and cross-team collaboration are essential as the organization grows.

This hybrid role blends people leadership with technical direction and requires deep security tech experience within an enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field.
• Experience leading technology, cybersecurity, IAM, infrastructure, or platform engineering teams in a large org.
• Strong understanding of modern engineering practices including automation and cloud tech.
• Experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping, or Venafi platforms.
• Ability to lead technical teams across SaaS and cloud infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM Engineering teams for design, engineering, integration, reliability, and lifecycle management of enterprise IAM platforms.
• Align IAM platforms with Reliability Engineering practices for reliability and quality.
• Mentor IAM engineers to deepen technical depth and ownership.
• Set priorities balancing delivery, modernization, production support, and debt.
• Drive engineering practices across IAM: automation, IaC, tests, documentation, and deployment.
