Job summary

Securian Financial Group is seeking an experienced Info Security Manager to lead IAM Engineering within Enterprise Cybersecurity Solutions. The role focuses on guiding IAM platforms, improving identity services, and advancing modernization across the enterprise.

Ideal candidates combine strong leadership with deep cybersecurity and engineering know-how, mentoring talent while partnering with Governance and Operations to deliver reliable, scalable identity platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading technology, cybersecurity, IAM, infrastructure, platform engineering, or similar technical efforts and/or teams in a large corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or both IAM Engineering teams responsible for the design, engineering, integration, reliability, and lifecycle management of enterprise IAM platforms.
• Ensure IAM platforms are aligned with reliability and quality standards as guided by the REO organization.
• Develop and mentor IAM engineers to build depth, broaden capabilities, and increase ownership.
• Establish priorities balancing delivery, modernization, production support, debt, and lifecycle management.
