Job summary

Motional is seeking a hands-on Manager of Identity & Access Management in Las Vegas to lead and modernize our enterprise IAM and IGA programs. You will oversee identity governance, federation, SCIM provisioning, and Okta architecture while collaborating with HR, EUS, and engineering to meet SLAs and improve lifecycle workflows.

The role requires 5+ years in IAM with at least 2 years in management, deep OAuth/OIDC/SAML expertise, and experience with hybrid multi-cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Identity & Access Management, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• OAuth & app consent governance: admin-consent workflows and third-party app integrations.
• Identity federation across multi-tenant, hybrid clouds, partner apps.
• Okta expertise, with relevant certifications a plus.
• Cross-functional integration with HRIS (Workday/Oracle HCM) and IT Operations/EUS.
• Define and report on operational SLAs and IAM KPIs.
• Development/scripting for custom identity integrations and API development.
• Knowledge of SCIM, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, IGA.
• Excellent stakeholder communication bridging technical and executive priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term IAM roadmap aligned with Zero Trust and regulatory needs.
• Drive OAuth admin-consent strategy across SaaS and enterprise apps.
• Architect secure identity federation across multi-cloud and partner ecosystems.
• Collaborate with HR to streamline Joiner-Mover-Leaver workflows via HRIS.
• Define and enforce IAM SLAs, KPIs, and MFA/SSO adoption metrics.
• Establish governance for agentic identities and runtime authorization.
• Lead Okta Enterprise Management including Lifecycle and Workflows.
• Oversee IGA strategies for human and non-human identities and RBAC/ABAC maturity.
• Standardize SCIM provisioning across tools and platforms.
• Mentor IAM engineering team and promote secure coding practices.
