Job summary

Genuine Parts Company seeks an accomplished Director of Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead a broad IAM program, including SSO, MFA, PAM, and lifecycle management across human and non-human identities. The role demands strong relationship building, strategic thinking, and the ability to align security with business needs in a large enterprise.

This position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 15 years of related experience with 7+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with IAM including governance (IGA).
• Experience leading IAM programs across SSO, MFA, PAM.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM across SSO, MFA, and PAM.
• Oversee access provisioning, JML, and lifecycle management.
• Govern entitlement management and access certification programs.
• Oversee secrets management and non-human identities lifecycle.
• Establish identity configuration standards with IT governance.
• Own SOX evidence collection and internal/external audit readiness.
• Develop and maintain IAM policies and procedures.
• Serve as internal security consultant balancing business needs.
