Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Sr Software Engineer for Identity and Access Management in Las Vegas. You will design and implement IAM technologies across the enterprise, serving as a subject matter expert on identity services, RBAC, PIM/PAM, MFA, SSO, and related standards.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Okta, Azure AD and AD, and a strong background in PKI, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC within enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ Years of relevant IAM experience.
• Experience with IAM vendor products listed above.

Responsibilities

• Contribute inputs to strategy for a robust identity management program.
• Architect, build, test, deploy, and monitor IAM systems and beyond.
• Assess requirements for Identity and Access Management solutions to meet stakeholder needs.
• Help build processes, policies, and standards reflecting security best practices and minimizing risks.
• Build and maintain mutual trust with key stakeholders in Engineering, Compliance, IT, HR.
• Act as a key technical resource in the IAM space for the organization.
