Job summary

Motion is seeking a Director of Identity & Access Management to elevate our security posture across SSO, MFA, PAM, and non-human identities. This leader will drive governance, policy, and risk management while partnering with IT to balance security with operational needs.

The role demands strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and hands-on experience designing IAM architectures. You will influence strategy across Motion's environment and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years related IAM experience.
• 7+ years diversified leadership, planning, and people motivation skill.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM across SSO, MFA, and PAM.
• Oversee Access Request & Provisioning and JML processes.
• Manage Entitlement Management and Access Certification programs.
• Oversee Secrets Management practices to protect credentials.
• Own SOX evidence collection and audit support for IAM controls.
• Evaluate new IAM technologies and lead integration into Motion.
