Project Manager – IAM / Identity & Access (Okta, Enterprise Scale)

Location: Las Vegas, NV | 3 days a week onsite
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Likely Extension or conversion to Fulltime)

Position Overview
  • Fusion HCR is seeking a Project Manager to lead a large-scale, enterprise-wide Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiative within a gaming and technology environment.
  • This is a highly visible role supporting the implementation and expansion of IAM capabilities across the organization, including Okta, MFA, access controls, and password management systems. The Project Manager will drive coordination across IT, Security, and business teams to ensure successful delivery of IAM-related initiatives, with a strong focus on compliance, access governance, and operational execution.
  • The ideal candidate brings experience leading IAM implementations or large-scale security/compliance initiatives, ideally within gaming or other regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities
IAM Program & Project Leadership
  • Lead delivery of enterprise IAM initiatives, including implementation and enhancement efforts
  • Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple IAM workstreams
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure successful rollout of identity and access controls
IAM Technologies & Scope

Support initiatives across:

  • Okta (Identity Administration)
  • Ping (SSO / Federation)
  • MFA & Access Management (Azure AD, Okta Verify, etc.)
  • Password Management (1Password or similar tools)
  • Ensure alignment across identity lifecycle, authentication, and access governance processes
Compliance & Security Alignment
  • Support IAM efforts tied to audit readiness, compliance, and security controls
  • Ensure proper documentation and alignment with regulated gaming requirements
  • Partner with Global Information Security teams to maintain secure and compliant access models
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as liaison between Security, IT Operations, Infrastructure, and business teams
  • Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Provide status reporting, risk management, and executive-level updates
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or Security environments
  • Experience leading or supporting IAM implementations or large-scale IAM programs
  • Experience leading or supporting enterprise security or compliance initiatives
  • Familiarity with IAM tools such as Okta, Ping, Azure AD, MFA solutions
  • Strong experience managing projects in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in gaming, casino, or other highly regulated industries
  • Exposure to audit, compliance, or access governance initiatives
  • PMP Certification
  • Experience working across IT Operations and Security teams
