Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Director to lead a team of IAM engineers and analysts on enterprise-wide initiatives in El Segundo, CA or Chantilly, VA. You will architect, integrate, and administer IAM infrastructure across the enterprise, engaging with IT, Cybersecurity, and other groups to deliver secure, seamless services.

You will drive standardized IAM processes, modernize tooling (e.g., Entra, Keycloak, PKI), and manage external collaborations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, CS, IS, or related field or equivalent experience.
10+ years IT/Security with 6+ years IAM experience.
Hands-on experience with IAM technologies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute an enterprise IAM roadmap aligned with strategic initiatives and business requirements.
Oversee delivery of IAM projects, services, and infrastructure across the enterprise with roadmaps and documentation.
Lead modernization and consolidation of IAM capabilities, migrating to strategic platforms.
Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, Device Management, and other teams on ownership and automation.
Drive standardization of IAM services and processes across networks and external collaboration support.
Develop and maintain IAM processes for specialized populations (e.g., military/government accounts) with Zero Trust provisioning.
Engage with external partners to ensure secure collaboration using modern authentication standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IAM engineers and analysts with a focus on automation.
Benchmark with external organizations (FFRCs, UARCs, Military, Government) to ensure IAM strategy is compliant and user friendly.
