Qualifications

• 10+ years of IAM experience with leadership in managed services.
• 5+ years in a managed services or IT operations leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IAM managed services delivery across IAM stack.
• Own service outcomes for onshore/offshore delivery teams and KPIs.
• Serve as primary delivery relationship owner for accounts; governance and risk.
• Drive automation and tooling modernization across cloud/hybrid/on-prem.
• Lead account expansions, renewals, and RFP/RFI activities with pricing.
• Mentor managers, leads and engineers with career guidance.
