Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IAM experience, including 5+ years in managed services or IT operations leadership.
• Experience implementing or operating one or more identity platforms (see tools).
• Willingness to travel ~50% and possible immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM managed services across IGA, PAM, Access Management, and Directory Services.
• Own service outcomes for blended onshore/offshore delivery teams and monitor SLAs/KPIs.
• Serve as primary delivery relationship owner for accounts; lead governance, reporting, incident response, and financials.
• Drive automation, tooling modernization, and identity-management practices across cloud/hybrid/on‑prem environments.
• Lead account expansions, renewals, RFP/RFI activities, including scoping, staffing, delivery approaches, and pricing.
• Mentor managers, leads, and engineers with career guidance and performance coaching.
