Northern Trust is seeking a Lead, Identity & Access Management Automation & Strategy to drive automation, optimize processes, and enable Digital Coworker capabilities across IAM. You’ll partner with engineering, cyber security, product, and business teams to pinpoint automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions.

The role combines hands-on automation development with strategic planning to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience across IAM.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
5–10 years in Cyber Security, IAM, automation engineering, software development, or related disciplines.
Hands-on automation workflow development with the Tines platform.
Experience identifying automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
Experience with Digital Coworker or AI-enabled automation.
Experience integrating enterprise applications and security platforms via APIs and web services.

Mansioni

Design, develop, and deploy IAM automation solutions and workflows.
Build and maintain workflows using the Tines platform.
Support Digital Coworker capabilities and intelligent automation initiatives.
Develop integrations between IAM, security tools, ticketing systems, and enterprise apps.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reduce risk.
Translate requirements into scalable automation solutions and support testing and deployment.
