The role partners with Engineering, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable IAM services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM operations and daily administration of IAM platforms and services.
• Oversee identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, role changes, and terminations.
• Manage user access provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlement administration.
• Support authentication, federation, SSO, and MFA services.
• Ensure timely resolution of IAM incidents, requests, and operational issues.
