Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of enterprise IAM frameworks (Okta, SailPoint, Google Cloud IAM) and access governance.
• Ability to audit code-managed configurations and translate security requirements into tooling.
• Strong communication to convey complex architectures to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end access management processes for Global Extended Workforce.
• Partner with Engineering to develop tools, scripts, and integrations for access control.
• Lead proactive risk-reduction initiatives and enforce least-privilege models.
• Define milestones, ownership, and dependencies for program lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Tool Owners, Cybersecurity, and Leadership to implement security standards.
• Develop scalable automation to replace manual access bottlenecks using an AI-first approach.
