Job summary

Trupanion is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst in Seattle, WA. You will manage identity lifecycles, access governance, and controls across enterprise apps, with a focus on automation and documentation.

The role is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office at least 3 days a week in a casual, pet-friendly environment. You will collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to continuously improve access processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IAM experience and identity administration in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in IT/cybersecurity.
• Experience with Entra ID and Active Directory administration.
• Relevant IAM certifications or active study preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer identities, accounts, roles, groups, and entitlements.
• Perform access reviews, certifications, and remediation coordination.
• Support RBAC, access governance, and onboarding of applications.
• Automate IAM activities and document processes.
