Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy is seeking an Identity Access Management Administrator to manage user access across systems, ensuring proper permissions and secure access controls. You will implement RBAC, MFA, and SSO, while collaborating with IT teams to integrate IAM across the environment.

The role requires strong IAM knowledge, policy interpretation, and the ability to conduct access reviews and audits in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Required: College graduate or at least 1 year of experience.
• Desired: Bachelor's in Computer Science or IT related field.
• Knowledge of IAM concepts, RBAC, MFA, and SSO best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage user access and provisioning across multiple systems and platforms.
• Administer user accounts with accuracy and policy adherence.
• Monitor access privileges and address unauthorized access.
• Define access control policies with stakeholders and implement roles.
• Conduct periodic access reviews for regulatory compliance.
• Respond to access inquiries and incidents with timely resolution.
• Implement IAM tools including provisioning, RBAC, and MFA.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate IAM with directory services and SSO.
• Monitor IAM logs and generate reports on access activity.
• Stay updated on IAM trends and suggest security improvements.
