Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health Care seeks an Identity Senior Analyst to manage enterprise identity and access systems, ensuring secure provisioning, authentication, and authorization across a 25,000+ user environment.

The role partners with senior team members to enhance automation capabilities and scripting foundations, leveraging Microsoft identity technologies and project management to mature the IAM program.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of identity and access management experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Active Directory administration experience
• 3+ years of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) experience
• Experience with identity governance and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOX)

Responsibilities

• Identity System Management: Designs, implements, and maintains Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
• Automation and Scripting: Develops and maintains PowerShell scripts and automation workflows for identity management.
• IGA: Implements and manages Microsoft Identity Governance & Administration solutions including access reviews and entitlement management.
