Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an Identity & Access Management Security Engineer to join the SSO/Federation engineering team. You will work on Oracle OAM, PingOne AIC, Entra ID, and OAuth/SAML/SCIM integrations, ensuring secure IAM operations across critical systems.

You will analyze requirements, troubleshoot complex access controls, and collaborate with IT and external partners to deploy reliable IAM solutions while maintaining HIPAA and HITRUST considerations.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years in Information Security, IAM Engineering or Systems Analysis.
• 3 years with IAM concepts: lifecycle mgmt, RBAC, authentication, authorization, MFA, SSO, cryptography.
• 3 years with IAM platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Dilinea, CyberArk, Duo, OIM, OAM, Ping Identity, SecureAuth, RadiantLogic, Centrify, Entra, RACF).
• 3 years with Java, C#, C++, XML, Unix shell, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python.
• Experience with AD, LDAP, Oracle, SQL Server, Linux/Unix, Windows, Apache, IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, FIDO, SCIM.

Responsibilities

• Develops, tests, implements, and integrates IAM systems and solutions.
• Performs basic integration testing of systems.
• Maintains IAM systems through patching, operation, and monitoring.
• Troubleshoots identities, systems, access, authentication, and permissions issues.
• Advices on IAM best practices and ensures regulatory alignment.
