Onco360 is seeking an Identity Access Management Administrator to join our IT team in Louisville, KY. The IAM Administrator will manage user access across systems, enforce RBAC and MFA, and maintain secure access controls to safeguard information assets.

Ideal candidates bring strong IAM knowledge, experience with provisioning, SSO, directory services, and security reporting. We offer a starting salary of $80,000 and a comprehensive benefits package including 401k matching.

Qualifications

• IAM principles, access control processes, and security best practices required.
• Experience with user provisioning/de-provisioning, RBAC, MFA and SSO preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage user access and provisioning across systems per policy.
• Administer user accounts including creation, modification and deletion.
• Monitor access privileges to detect unauthorized activity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define access controls and entitlements.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and audits for compliance.
• Respond to access-related inquiries and incidents with timely resolution.
• Implement IAM tools including RBAC and MFA.
• Ensure SSO integration with directory services.
• Analyze IAM logs and report on access activity and system performance.
• Stay updated on IAM trends and recommend improvements.
