Job summary

MRO is seeking an experienced Senior Security Advisor to lead their Identity and Access Management program within a complex healthcare environment. You will define the enterprise IAM strategy and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and security standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a senior IAM advisory role, expertise in Okta and Azure AD, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. This role also involves overseeing vendor relationships and optimizing identity practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior identity or IAM advisory role.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Okta and Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise identity and access management strategy.
• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of identity solutions.
• Communicate complex identity concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
