Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced I4.0 Principal Project Manager for the Tucson, AZ area. You will lead high-impact, cross-functional projects and implement strategic PM plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a STEM degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, and ability to travel up to 10%. A production transition background and experience with automation systems are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, scheduling, manage budgets including EV techniques, proactively manage R&Os and lead cross-functional teams to successful project completion
• Experience with transition to production of automation systems or similar
• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
