Raytheon is seeking an Industry 4.0 Principal Project Manager to lead factory automation initiatives and coordinate across teams. You will define scope, schedules, and budgets while guiding teams through complex challenges to deliver automated solutions on the factory floor.

The role emphasizes hands-on exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies, Agile and Waterfall practices, and collaboration with senior leadership to shape Raytheon’s digital factory strategy.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) plus 8+ years PM experience unless prohibited by local laws.
• MS Degree with a minimum of 5 years of applicable experience.
• PMI PMP Certification and/or Agile Scrum Certifications.
• Minimum of 8 years of Project Management experience including scheduling, earned-value management, risk/opportunity management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience communicating with Senior Leadership.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
• or Applicable MS Degree and minimum of 5 years of applicable experience.
• PMI PMP Certification and/or Agile Scrum Certifications.
• Minimum of 8 years of Project Management experience including scheduling, earned‑value management, risk/opportunity management, and cross‑functional leadership.
• Experience demonstrated in communication and stakeholder engagement with Senior Leadership.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Raytheon Project Management Level 6 certification.
• Proven analytical, problem‑solving, and team leadership skills.
• Strong experience with both Agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Background in Industry 4.0, digital transformation, or large‑scale automation projects.
• Knowledge of IoT, AI, robotics, machine learning, and smart factory technologies.
• Experience with earned value management, capital investment planning, and appropriations requests.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
