Lead Industry 4.0 projects that directly impact how Raytheon designs, builds, and delivers world‑class factory automation solutions.
Work with cross‑functional teams to define scope, schedule, vision, and features for automation initiatives.
Build and manage project plans, schedules, timelines, and budgets to deliver smart solutions to the factories.
Identify risks & opportunities, resolve issues, and with proactive measures to keep projects on track.
Share project insights, wins, and key milestones with senior leaders.
Guide teams through shifting priorities and ambiguous challenges with confidence.
Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency, elevate processes, and unlock new automation opportunities.
Hands‑on exposure to advanced factory automation, robotics, AI/ML concepts, and next‑gen Industry 4.0 tech.
Experience working across Agile and Waterfall frameworks in a dynamic, innovation‑focused environment.
High‑impact collaboration with leaders and teams that are shaping Raytheon’s digital factory strategy.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
Domestic Travel Requirements: Up to ~10%
