Raytheon is seeking an experienced I4.0 Principal Project Manager in Tucson to lead complex digital and cyber-physical factory automation initiatives.

The role requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with strong project management skills including EV techniques and cross-functional leadership. You will collaborate across teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while advancing innovation.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
• Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, scheduling, manage budgets including EV(Earned Value) techniques, proactively manage R&Os ( Risk and Opportunities) and lead cross-functional teams to successful project completion
• Demonstrated experience with transition to production of automation systems or similar
• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
