Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an Industry 4.0 Principal Project Manager to lead factory automation initiatives and coordinate across teams. You will define scope, schedules, and budgets while guiding teams through complex challenges to deliver automated solutions on the factory floor.

The role emphasizes hands-on exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies, Agile and Waterfall practices, and collaboration with senior leadership to shape Raytheon’s digital factory strategy.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) plus 8+ years PM experience unless prohibited by local laws.
• MS Degree with a minimum of 5 years of applicable experience.
• PMI PMP Certification and/or Agile Scrum Certifications.
• Minimum of 8 years of Project Management experience including scheduling, earned-value management, risk/opportunity management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience communicating with Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Industry 4.0 projects that directly impact Raytheon’s factory automation design, build, and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, schedule, vision, and features.
• Build and manage project plans, schedules, timelines, and budgets for smart solutions.
• Identify risks and opportunities, resolve issues, and keep projects on track.
• Share project insights, wins, and milestones with senior leaders.
• Guide teams through shifting priorities and ambiguous challenges with confidence.
• Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and unlock new automation opportunities.
