Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience, or an MS degree with 5+ years of applicable experience.
• PMI PMP Certification and/or Agile Scrum Certifications.
• 8+ years of Project Management experience including scheduling, earned-value management, risk/opportunity management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience demonstrated in communication and stakeholder engagement with Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Industry 4.0 projects impacting Raytheon factory automation design, build and delivery.
• Define scope, schedule, vision, and features for automation initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Build and manage project plans, schedules, timelines, and budgets to deliver smart factory solutions.
• Identify risks and opportunities, resolve issues, and take proactive measures to keep projects on track.
• Share project insights, wins, and key milestones with senior leaders.
• Guide teams through shifting priorities and ambiguous challenges with confidence.
• Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and unlock new automation opportunities.
• Domestic Travel Requirements: Up to ~10%.
