Descrizione del lavoro

Tetra Tech Digital Systems seeks an experienced I&E Project Manager/Estimator to lead industrial electrical and instrumentation projects across West Texas. You will handle estimating, project execution, customer relationships, safety compliance, and ensure project profitability.

Responsibilities include bid package preparation, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with customers, vendors, and field teams.

Competenze

Requires 10+ years in Industrial Electrical & Instrumentation.
5+ years project management in industrial construction/maintenance/service.
Experience estimating and executing Oil & Gas, Midstream, Pipeline, Petrochemical, or Industrial projects.

Mansioni

Prepare estimates, proposals, and bid packages for I&E projects.
Manage projects from bid award through completion and closeout.
Develop project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and forecasts.
Lead field personnel and coordinate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Monitor project costs, productivity, safety, and overall performance.
Manage project documentation, RFIs, and change orders.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support growth.
