Qualifications
- Extensive experience in industrial electrical and instrumentation construction in oil and gas.
- Proven ability to manage multiple I&E projects and field crews.
- Strong knowledge of West Texas / Permian Basin market.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial performance management.
- Ability to travel across the region.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple I&E projects from planning to completion.
- Develop schedules, manpower, equipment, and allocations.
- Manage project budgets and monitor costs.
- Lead estimating, bidding, and business development activities.
- Provide technical and operational leadership for installation and maintenance.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across projects.
- Mentor foremen and field crews; drive performance.
