Tetra Tech Digital Systems is seeking an experienced I&E Project Manager / Estimator to lead industrial electrical and instrumentation projects across West Texas. The role covers estimating, project execution, customer relationships, safety compliance, and ensuring project profitability.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years I&E experience and strong PM/estimating skills, with travel willingness and a relevant engineering degree; PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Industrial Electrical & Instrumentation experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in industrial construction, maintenance, or service environments.
• Experience estimating and executing projects within Oil & Gas, Midstream, Pipeline, Compression, Petrochemical, Processing, or Industrial markets.

• Prepare estimates, proposals, and bid packages for industrial I&E projects.
• Manage projects from bid award through completion and closeout.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and forecasts.

We are seeking an experienced I&E Project Manager / Estimator to lead industrial electrical and instrumentation projects throughout West Texas. This role is responsible for estimating, project execution, customer relationship management, safety compliance, and overall project profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates, proposals, and bid packages for industrial I&E projects.
• Manage projects from bid award through completion and closeout.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and forecasts.
• Lead field personnel and coordinate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs, productivity, safety, and overall performance.
• Manage project documentation, RFIs, and change orders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Industrial Electrical & Instrumentation experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in industrial construction, maintenance, or service environments.
• Experience estimating and executing projects within Oil & Gas, Midstream, Pipeline, Compression, Petrochemical, Processing, or Industrial markets.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, controls, PLCs, SCADA, MCCs, and automation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
• PMP certification or other relevant industry certifications.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to visit active industrial construction and operating facilities.
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and access elevated work areas.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and environmental conditions common to West Texas operations.
• Ability to travel as required to support customer and project needs.
