Tetra Tech Digital Systems seeks an experienced I&E Project Manager/Estimator to lead industrial electrical and instrumentation projects across West Texas. You will handle estimating, project execution, customer relationships, safety compliance, and ensure project profitability.

Responsibilities include bid package preparation, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with customers, vendors, and field teams.

• Requires 10+ years in Industrial Electrical & Instrumentation.
• 5+ years project management in industrial construction/maintenance/service.
• Experience estimating and executing Oil & Gas, Midstream, Pipeline, Petrochemical, or Industrial projects.

I&E Project Manager/Estimator (Midland Tx)

Location: West Texas

We are seeking an experienced I&E Project Manager / Estimator to lead industrial electrical and instrumentation projects throughout West Texas. This role is responsible for estimating, project execution, customer relationship management, safety compliance, and overall project profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates, proposals, and bid packages for industrial I&E projects.
• Manage projects from bid award through completion and closeout.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and forecasts.
• Lead field personnel and coordinate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs, productivity, safety, and overall performance.
• Manage project documentation, RFIs, and change orders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Industrial Electrical & Instrumentation experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in industrial construction, maintenance, or service environments.
• Experience estimating and executing projects within Oil & Gas, Midstream, Pipeline, Compression, Petrochemical, Processing, or Industrial markets.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, controls, PLCs, SCADA, MCCs, and automation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
• PMP certification or other relevant industry certifications.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to visit active industrial construction and operating facilities.
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and access elevated work areas.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and environmental conditions common to West Texas operations.
• Ability to travel as required to support customer and project needs.
