Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is seeking an on-site General Information/Job Summary role in the Permian Basin/West Texas. The position requires managing Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) on industrial construction projects for leading power, mining, Oil & Gas, and manufacturing clients.

Responsibilities include directing project teams, optimizing resources, enforcing safety, and ensuring timely budget reporting. Collaboration with owners, engineers, and subcontractors is essential for project success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large instrument and electrical construction projects in industrial settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and optimize resource use.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for profitable, well-constructed, safe projects.
• Review proposals with project team and Director of Operations.
• Determine cost-effective methods and use of personnel, materials, equipment, and subs contractors.
• Coordinate construction activities with owner, subcontractors, and company personnel.
• Manage project staff including superintendents and foremen.
• Promote safety as a priority within project management.
• Monitor costs vs budgets using weekly labor and monthly budget reports.
• Coordinate budgeting, purchasing, engineering, accounting, cost, and construction functions for project completion.
• Establish relationships with owners, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate construction.
• Lead project coordination meetings and manage subcontractor and vendor payments.
