Job summary

Tetra Tech Digital Systems is hiring an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead industrial electrical projects across West Texas and New Mexico. You will supervise field crews and ensure safety and efficiency on-site while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of industrial electrical experience and should be able to efficiently execute projects within deadlines and budgets. Your leadership will drive performance on diverse automation projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial electrical experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC standards, PLCs, RTUs, SCADA, and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electricians, instrumentation technicians, apprentices, and subcontractors.
• Lead electrical construction and commissioning projects.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials for project success.
