Job summary

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is actively seeking degreed and experienced I&C Project Consultants for contract roles in Waynesboro, GA. The position involves serving as Responsible Design Engineer/Lead Engineer for digital modernization and I&C projects, overseeing design products and deliverables for plant modifications.

You will coordinate with architects, vendors, and site teams, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and effective communication of technical decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in instrumentation and control (I&C) systems.
• Experience developing, reviewing, or supporting engineering design products for large facilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Responsible Design Engineer/Lead Engineer for Digital Modernization and I&C projects.
• Provide technical oversight of design products and deliverables for plant modifications and equipment upgrades.
• Support project activities, scheduled milestones, and coordination with vendors and site personnel.
