Job summary

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking degreed and experienced I&C Project Consultants for contract roles in Waynesboro, GA. The role involves serving as Responsible Design Engineer for Digital Modernization and I&C projects, overseeing design deliverables and ensuring alignment with project goals.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering orInstrumentation and instrumental experience, with strong communication and coordination abilities to work with diverse teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field.
10+ years of experience in instrumentation and control (I&C) systems.
Experience developing, reviewing, or supporting engineering design products for industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as Responsible Design Engineer / Responsible Lead Engineer for Digital Modernization / I&C projects.
Provide technical oversight of design products and engineering deliverables.
Support plant modifications, equipment upgrades, calculation impacts, and design input requests.
Coordinate project activities with site personnel, vendors, and external engineering resources.
